Smartzie sells for $20.900
Tropical Fire
This sensational painting is soon to take pride of place in the boardroom of a major bank.
The Smartzie is stunning, emotive and yet at the same time grounding.
Its price seemed very reasonable; however, instinct is leaning towards a far higher price point plateau as works by Smartzie continue to gain popularity.
Archie Grayham. Kawai Piano
With age comes problems, be it health, being alone, chronic pain or for quite a few, limited eyesight.
In the Archie Grayham community centre and at that time a certain gentleman pianist was asked to perform on the old 'been there forever' brown piano, he felt gutted that his music was being systematically ruined by this former instrument.
The vision impaired group that met regularly did not wish to complain, but I knew all was far from well.
So, what did he do, he went to the piano shop, selected a worthy upright, bought it there and then and had it delivered directly to the community centre.
Now seniors have quality music performed on something that does the music and themselves justice. Senour's should not have to make do but ... 'enjoy'. ;)
Good on everyone, including all the staff of Archie Grayham.
